General Information

Task Type Name * System type — cannot be edited

Base Fee Select the inventory item that represents the base charge for this task type. The item's sale price will be used as the base fee on the invoice. To update the price, edit the item in Inventory.

Operating Schedule * Select which operating schedule governs customer availability for this task type. Manage schedules in Operating Schedules.

Capacity

Controls how many tasks of this type can be requested per time slot, and how far in advance customers can request. Slot duration is set globally in Capacity.

Controls how far in advance customers can request this task type and how many tasks can be requested per time block.

Request Window How many days ahead customers can submit a request for this task type. For example, 7 means customers can request up to a week in advance.
