The purpose of the app Sofy is to provide users with daily motivational quotes and phrases. I wanted to create a UI design that melded visual interest with a color scheme that reflected the reflective spirit of the app. To that end, I used blues and greens in a calming, slightly blurred marble pattern. I paired this background with two distinct fonts: a headline font that is simplistically modern, along with a serif body font that looks typewritten.
